At Game of Toppers (GOT), we strive to deliver the highest quality UPSC preparation programs — from comprehensive GS Foundation courses to mentorship, test series, and mind mastery modules. As a provider of exclusively digital coaching and online educational services, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and clarity for all aspirants.

1. General Refund Policy for Online Courses

We offer online courses that include instant access to premium content, live classes, notes, and mentorship. As such:

• No refunds will be processed once a student has attended 2 or more live sessions, accessed study materials, or used mentorship services.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) of enrollment, provided no significant course content has been accessed.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Refund Policy for Mentorship & Test Series Programs

• No refunds will be issued once a student is assigned a personal mentor, has received mentorship calls, or accessed any GS Mains test series questions or evaluation.

• Test Series or Evaluation Packages, once accessed, are non-refundable.

3. Digital Product Cancellation

Due to the nature of our digital and downloadable products:

• Cancellations are not allowed once access credentials have been shared or the student has logged in.

• Any attempt to share or misuse digital content will result in access being revoked without refund.

4. Live Batch Cancellations

If you cancel enrollment before a batch begins:

• A refund (minus 10% admin fee) will be processed within 10 business days.

• Post commencement, the batch is considered non-refundable.

5. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

• If your payment was deducted but your enrollment was unsuccessful, kindly write to us at gameoftoppers03@gmail.com with proof of transaction.

• Validated failed transactions will be refunded within 5–7 working days.

6. Refund Abuse Policy

To protect the integrity of our coaching system:

• GOT reserves the right to decline refund requests suspected of being fraudulent or manipulative.

• Any student found misusing trial periods, illegally recording content, or misrepresenting refund claims will be permanently banned from all GOT platforms.

7. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email us at gameoftoppers03@gmail.com with:

• Your registered email ID and mobile number

• Payment receipt or transaction ID

• Reason for refund

Our support team will evaluate eligibility and respond within 48 working hours.
